We also collect technical information automatically, including your device type, IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage activity, to help us maintain and improve our Services.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to operate and improve our Services. This includes generating financial dashboards, visualizations, and budgeting insights, accessing Plaid’s Financial Insights and Payments APIs with your authorization, storing and retrieving data from Xano to maintain your account, and using financial data with ChatGPT (OpenAI API) to provide AI-powered budgeting recommendations. We use Nordcraft to develop and manage application features, ensuring smooth integration and performance across our platform. We also use your data to authenticate API requests, maintain account security, and analyze anonymized usage patterns to enhance our product. Jadesync does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We share information only with trusted third-party providers as necessary to deliver our Services. These include Plaid for secure financial account access, Polar for transaction processing, Xano for secure database hosting, OpenAI for AI-generated insights, and cloud hosting providers for infrastructure and encryption services.
